Esta Transición implica grandes cambios, por lo que las políticas de transición justa deben estar ancladas en los derechos laborales, el diálogo social y el trabajo decente para garantizar que la acción climática no deje a nadie atrás. Un requisito indispensable para que exista Trabajo Decente es el respeto a lo que se conoce como los Principios y Derechos Fundamentales en el Trabajo. Éstos son los siguientes: • La libertad de asociación, la libertad sindical y el derecho a la negociación colectiva • La abolición del trabajo forzoso • La erradicación del trabajo infantil • La eliminación de toda forma de discriminación en materia de empleo y ocupación
